Summer Internship Information
At camp, we want to be about Jesus and people. Our job as a staff is to create the best possible environments and experiences for campers to experience Jesus and navigate what He is doing in their lives. To that end, we are looking for staff with a ministry mindset willing to engage with campers to help them have a great me while on campus. We want to accomplish that through five goals.
1. To keep campers safe and to communicate that they are valued.
2. To make authentic connections with those on campus, including pastors, volunteers, and campers.
3. To point campers to experience truth and grace from God's Word.
4. To pursue and protect a fun and engaging environment.
5. To work hard and to pursue excellence in everything we do.
